Mission Rosetta

Am 2. März 2004 startete an Bord eine Ariane-5 Rakete ein Orbiter zum Kometen 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. Der Lander ist zur Steuerung mit Schubdüsen ausgerüstet, welche mit Magnetventilen von ValEvo AG betätigt werden.Nach einem 31 monatigen Winterschlaf (Deep Space Hibernation) erwachte Rosetta am 28. März 2014 und wurde im Sommer durch drei "Big Burns" mit insgesamt über 17 Stunden Brenndauer der Triebwerke abgebremst. Am 12. November 2014 wurde der Lander "Philae" abgetrennt, welcher 7 Stunden später auf dem Kometen landete. 

Mission Rosetta

On March 2nd 2004, an Ariane-5 Rocket has been launched. Aboard was a research-orbiter on the way to the comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. For flight and position controlling purposes, the lander is equipped with thrusters (jet-nozzle) which are operated/activated through solenoid valves from ValEvo AG.After a "Deep Space Hibernation" of 31 Months, Rosetta has woken up on March 28th 2014. During Summer of 2014, Rosetta was retarded by 3 "Big Burns" of the motors with a total of over 17 hours burntime.On November 12th 2014, the lander "Philae" was decoupled and landed 7 hours later on the comet.

Wehrtechnik
Die Einzelradaufhängungen solcher Radpanzer sind mit Gasdruckfederbeinen ausgerüstet. Um die Fahrzeughöhe während des Betriebes zu regulieren, hat ValEvo AG Hochdruck- magnetventile entwickelt, welche aussen an den Federbeinen montiert sind.Extreme Temperaturen, Schläge und Vibrationen, Eintauchen in Salzwasser, grosse Spannungs- toleranzen etc. sind Anforderungen, welche diese  Magnetventile erfüllen müssen.

Military Technology
The single-wheel-mounting of such wheeled armoured fighting vehicles are equipped with gas pressure shock absorbers. To adjust the ground clearance while driving, ValEvo AG has developed high pressure solenoid valves which are mounted on the struts of the shock absorbers.These solenoid valves have to work in extreme temperatures and salt water and have to be resistant to shock and vibrations as well as to a wide range of tensiontolerance etc.

Monotracer®
Monotracer Kabinenmotorräder verbinden die Dynamik des Motorrades mit dem Komfort eines Autos. Dazu gehört auch das Bremsen mit nur einem Fuss. Um die Strassenverkehrsvorschriften für Motorräder zu erfüllen, welche zwei unabhängige Bremssysteme für Vorder- und Hinterrad vorschreiben, hat ValEvo AG ein Koppelventil entwickelt, welches die beiden Bremskreise mechanisch verbindet und hydraulisch trennt. Das Koppelventil regelt auch die Bremskraftverteilung vorne/hinten und entlastet den Fahrer von dieser heiklen Aufgabe. Zusammen mit dem ABS entsteht so die sicherste und bedienerfreundlichste Motorradbremse überhaupt. 

Monotracer®
MonoTracer cabin motorcycles combine the dynamics of a motorcycle with the comfort of an automobile. The brakes are operated by by the right foot.To meet the DOT requirements (Strassenverkehrsvorschriften)for motorcycles which require two independent break systems for front and rear wheels, ValEvo AG has developed an interconnection valve which combines the two break circuits mechanically, but keeps them separated hydraulically. The interconnection valve also controls the brake balance an relives the driver of this delicate task. In combination with the ABS, this is probably the safest and most user-friendly motorcycle break system available.
